Please fill out the following application to enroll in the Certificate of Added Qualifications in Mortality Risk Analytics (CAQ-MRA). Note that the only absolute prerequisite for this course of study is to have taken and passed the Basic Mortality Methodology Course (BMMC). Although largely intended for medical directors and those who hold AAIM Board Certifications, this course can be taken by anyone who has passed the BMMC regardless of profession, title, or Board certification status.

Because of the central role played by the drafting of a manuscript for publication in the Journal of Insurance Medicine, we ask that you develop an idea (or a few of them) of the subject you wish to study/analyze for that publication. This is not binding, as you may change topics in consultation with your mentor at any time. The fee will be applied once accepted into the program and assigned a mentor. It is not refundable except in extenuating circumstances. Enrollment may be limited based on the availability of mentors.
