Annual Meeting

The AAIM 133rd Annual Meeting will take place from Saturday, October 18, to Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa in San Diego, California.

Our group rate will be available until Thursday, September 25, 2025, or until our room block has been sold out, whichever comes first. After that point, any new reservation will be subject to availability at the daily rate applicable at the time of reservation.

Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations and their own room, taxes, resort fee, parking, and incidental charges. A credit card must be provided when reserving a room. Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without charge; otherwise, a charge for one night will apply. All charges must be paid upon check out.

Please note: The only hotel room block organized for our event is the one listed above. AAIM does not endorse or recommend booking hotel reservations through any source other than the hotel itself, and no other housing company, travel agent, or third-party agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of AAIM.
