AAIM has secured a limited number of guest rooms for our group at a special rate of $242 per night for a Standard Room (single or double occupancy), plus applicable taxes. The resort fee has been waived for our group. The room rate includes a $15 rebate to the American Academy of Insurance Medicine.

Our group rate will be available until Thursday, September 23, 2027, or until our room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. After that point, any new reservation will be subject to availability at the daily rate applicable at the time of reservation.

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and for all associated charges, including room rate, taxes, fees, and incidental expenses. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card accepted by the hotel. Guests who check out earlier than their confirmed departure date will be charged an early departure fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes. All charges must be paid upon checkout.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m.

NOTE: The only hotel room block organized for AAIM is the ones listed above. AAIM does not endorse or recommend booking accommodations through any source other than the hotel itself. No housing company, travel agent, or third-party agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of AAIM.
